Turizm potansiyeli yüksek yörelerde, plaj alanlarında yeme, içme, dinlenme, wc, duş gibi temel ihtiyaçların karşılanabileceği bir alan oluşturmak amacı tasarımın esasını oluşturmuştur.Doğaya ve çevreye en az müdahalenin yapılabileceği, mümkün olduğu kadar zemine az basan çevresiyle barışık, gerektiğinde hızla sökülen pratik bir yapı fikri ön plana çıkmıştır. Bu yaklaşımla yapı modüler bir sistemle kurulmuştur. Kolay nakledilmesi, kurulup sökülmesi yapım sistemine yansıtılmıştır. Malzeme olarak ahşap seçilmiş, plaj alanlarında en doğal görüntüyü vereceği düşünülmüştür.
